Our Eco-Campsite
A Quiet Slice of Fenland Nature
Karma Farm is a relaxed eco-campsite set in peaceful meadowland beside the River Lark. It’s a proper countryside retreat — where the only sounds you’ll usually hear are birds, the breeze across the fields, and the crackle of a campfire.
We keep numbers low to ensure wide spacing between pitches, private toilet facilities, and calm evenings under huge fenland skies.
Our Story
Karma Farm has been farmed ecologically since 1983 — with nature and soil health at the heart of everything we do. In 2008 we opened a small campsite on one of our meadows, using recycled and repurposed farm materials wherever possible.
Since then, the campsite has grown very slowly and carefully. Visitors return year after year for the quiet atmosphere, friendly welcome and real outdoor experience.
We are proud to be one of the original eco-recycled campsites in England — simple, practical and down-to-earth.

Private lockable toilet and washbasin for every camping group
Hot showers available whenever needed
Proper campfires encouraged using our own sustainably cut wood
Spacious pitches and room for small groups to stay together
A bird hide, open views and abundant wildlife all around
No recorded music — to keep the peace for everyone (wildlife included!)
Dogs on leads are welcome
Free access to fridges, freezer, dishwashing and phone charging facilities
A Natural Place to Explore
Whether you want to relax or stretch your legs, there’s plenty to enjoy:
- Walking routes throughout the farm and fen
- Canoeing or fishing on the River Lark (100 metres from the site)
- Birdwatching — owls, swans, godwits and more visit the wetlands nearby
- Open spaces to sit quietly and unwind
